Iron Skillet — Restaurant in Kenly

This morning I decided to try Iron Skillet at the Kenly 95 for the 1st time. When I walked in, a employee was cleaning the floor on her hands and knees with black water. Come to find out, she was my waitress for the day. She got up off the floor and grabbed a menu for me, she didn't wash her hands. She came over to my table and asked what I wanted to drink. I told her coffee and water with 2 lemons. She went to go get my drinks, still didn't wash her hands. Came back with my drinks and asked me what I wanted to order. Got my order, placed it. Still didn't wash her hands. Got my omelet out the window, still didn't wash her hands. Brought me the food, my swiss cheese wasn't melted AT ALL. I asked her to have to cook melt it, when she gave it to him he said "How am I going to melt it?" He then aggressively grabbed my food and disappeared. His actions made me believe he wouldn't properly handle my food in a safe manner, so I decided not to eat there. I don't appreciate being serviced without proper hygiene in a food restaurant. I cant believe both her managers didn't catch onto her poor hygiene. Her name was April(my waitress). I don't know the cooks name. The fact that she was cleaning the floor, on her hands and knees, then serviced me plus 2 other people without washing her hands is BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE, BAD BUSINESS & NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. I definitely will not...

My husband placed 2 orders to go and they gave him about a 4 ounce container for soup and a little tiny box for salad. And by the time it's done it cost over $20. Are these TA and Petros that stingy. This is the worst service me or my husband has ever had. He had to argue with them. He told them if these tiny baby containers is all you can do he was leaving. They finally gave him desent containers for the food. Really though. How stupid is this. You pay out of the ass for a some what desent meal and they act like it kills them to do a person right. Don't go here. You've been warned. From one person to another. And there food is not fresh. It's frozen and preheated. It tastes like it. FYI. See below for the correct containers. I have never been denied something for a medical condition. I had weight loss surgery. I am unable to eat adult portion size foods anymore. I looked at the kid’s menu, found something I could eat. I told the waitress, 50/60 white bigger woman, I wanted this kid’s breakfast. She told me, she couldn’t do it because it was for kids 10 and under. I told her I am unable to eat adult portion sizes anymore due to weight loss surgery. I even showed her my stomach where they removed half my stomach. She starts writing stuff down and says I’m still going to have to charge you individually for everything. I said okay and walked out. People have health conditions that prevent them eating big amounts of food. It’s pointless for someone to order and adult size and waste it. Doesn’t matter of age, it’s a matter of being able to eat want you can without being wasteful or unable to eat it. I will not go back to this...
