I have been coming here for years and years, I remember at 1 point they had a display of machine guns everywhere and all types of guns, I believe that former owner passed away and his son sold the entire gun collection from what I'm told I don't know how true it is. But now this place has grown and now it is the largest truckstop on the East Coast, They have a similar truck stop on I 40 West in Iowa the great state of Iowa truck stop. I always find it truly amazing how they have searching large collection of antique cars and trucks, I often wonder how they designed such a large platform that spins around I imagine the engine has to be removed. But I certainly enjoy coming here there is always plenty of parking and you must have a lot of money because there are so many good he share you will want to buy everything in sight. My next purchase I want to me is called a ghillie suit it is used by a sniper I really would love to have one of these they are really cool. this establishment does not give the same deals as ta and petro . the main store is a tourist trap. food court doesn't honor deals as the actual establishment of those same companies elsewhere. only thing that resembles our truck dtops with the same name is the shop at least they will honor my companies charge account status. I liked TAs biy 2 Gatorade get 2 free not here they take 50 cents off 2 bottles from actual TA pricing else where charging over 100 off company sales price. no pri establishment la eled underneath so you don't know how much the others are marked up compared to other TA PETRO truck stop. if you want your 2 pack pricing for smokes go a Ross the street to pilot as well. they may have ripped me off before but at least they honor stores pricing and sale items plus they ha e better choi es of griller items and sandwiches. Petro only puts out what sandwiches they want and they don't even start their roller grill to have hot items ready until alot of us drivers are leaving. I Arrived at the Shop 9:30pm 9/3/21 for a Regen Problem was told they couldn’t get me in until 10 am the next Morning 9/4/21 okay find it’s been a long day so I grab a Hot Shower ( The Best ) and had dinner. Did a little Shopping Great Customer Service (Chef Chris Edmandson) Cook the best T-bone Ever it just melted in my mouth like butter no steak sauce man the food was on point loved it . Also Samantha Johnson AKA Sam made my night special after my long day. I’m telling you I felt right at home. The next Morning around 11am no word from the shop went to check in again was told 5 Trucks a head of me I remained patient until 3pm they decided to pull my truck in after I ask for a manager just to tell me it’s a holiday Weekend and my parts will not be in Tuesday 9/7/21 well I guess everything else was okay but the Shop need better Customer Service just Communicate Better with your Customers that’s why it’s only 4 stars instead of 5 the Shop need to be more Courteous to it’s Customer.
