Starbucks — Restaurant in Kenly

Ordered 6 drinks ahead of time on the app at 6:30. The app showed a wait time of 3-6 minutes. I got to the store at 6:40 and half the order was ready. By 7am I had to speak up in order to get the remaining drinks on my order, well two of them anyway because I couldn’t wait for the third drink since my high schoolers were going to be late to school if we stayed any longer. The fact is that I was the third person to not get a complete order that morning as two other high schoolers had to leave without their drinks since the wait was so long. There were only two employees at 6:30 and then three more came in around 7. With as much school traffic that this store is getting and could continue to get if they play their cards right two people for the first hour of business makes zero sense, especially when they can’t keep up with the volume.
