I can’t say enough wonderful things about Leonel’s upholstery! I had a couch and 2 chairs that needed to be taken down to the frame because my mother’s cat had pee’d on both. After they picked them up, I thought, I will never know if they really took off all the padding, but without my even asking they emailed me photos. I asked them to reshape the arms and they sent several photos for me to select the style. When I got the furniture back, I was soooo pleased. They did a beautiful job. The fabric had a really bold, large pattern and they matched it and used the pattern to emphasize the design of the couch. They did such a wonderful job that I immediately sent them my 8 dining room chairs. They were also done perfectly. They were responsive and fast. The couch and chairs took less than 2 weeks and the dining room chairs and additional pillows took only 2 days. They responded to every email and phone call promptly. I was a loyal client at this place for years and years. They always seemed to take care and do good work, until recently. They drilled holes into the underside of my expensive Pierre Frey fabric. When I sent pictures to Miriam all she did was make excuses — essentially blaming it on me. I paid them $600 for a hatch job.
