They do what they can to make a good meal. But they also start cleaning up a little too early. I stop here when I go to WalMart after midnight because there is only one WalMart in NO,LA that's open 24/7 that I know of. This Taco Bell is on the same road. So between midnight-2am they aren't always offering their whole menu. I like the grilled items and they aren't always available after midnight. Plus when I ask for "easy Chipotle sauce" I should not be dripping out of the bottom onto my shirt like it did last night. They either did extra sauce or put it all in one corner. If I went there during the day it might be a better Taco Bell experience. But I show up after midnight every time and feel like they are rushing to go home and assume everyone ordering is drunk. The food should be made correctly no matter what time of day. Drunk people won't notice or care, but I'm 100% sober and notice every detail. Like why was there lettuce on 2 of the 3 items I ordered last night? Not a single one of my items has lettuce on it. But two of them had random lettuce. Treat everyone's order like they are Sober please, and the store closes at 2am. Please keep the grill open...
Read moreI came there with my family and went in the lobby. After a 10 minute wait I then asked thr cashier, "am I waiting on you?", he was stumbling over his words. A team member was counting his til then told me in a rude way that they're switching shifts around......I'm like so there's only one register open???? I grab some mild sauce and went to the drive thru since it was flying by. My order was placed at dt then I get to the window & asked if she can one more thing, she slammed the window and started to go off to the point everyone had to come to the window. My family looking at each other like.....did we say something wrong😐😕 How hard is it to add on one thing?? And for her to get totally upset about it??? BTW drive thru was empty. The manager came to the window and after all that I told her to keep it. I lost my appetite bc that's very unprofessional what she did. Cleary training has to be done a certain way in this generation😳It's just not right @ all. 0 out of 0 🌟I went to...
Read moreIf you value both your appetite and your dining experience, I would strongly advise reconsidering a visit to this Taco Bell. From the moment I placed my order, the service was disappointing. When I accidentally mentioned wanting a Coke Zero, the cashier responded with unnecessary rudeness, curtly pointing out that they only serve Pepsi products—as if I had made a foolish mistake.
The experience only worsened at the drive-thru. The employee handling the order appeared inattentive, if not impaired, and carelessly stuffed two Deluxe Boxes and a #10 combo into a single bag. This not only created a mess but also forced us to sort through the items ourselves to determine which meal belonged to whom.
Overall, the lack of professionalism and attention to detail made for a thoroughly...
