In terms of bin stores I don’t rank them very highly.

There’s a woman who notoriously sits at the front with a megaphone aggressively yelling at everyone “DO NOT OPEN BOXES”, despite no one opening boxes. Just leaves a bad taste in your mouth seeing them yell at customers through a megaphone. Rest of employees were pretty friendly however.

The selection is OK, not as great as some other bin stores I’ve been to. They had a good deal running on sheet sets when I was there, and an employee told me that’s something they usually have.

What I was NOT anticipating finding was a prescription chemotherapy drug with an actual patient’s name on the bottle. I was in shock upon finding it in the bins. I won’t blame it on them if they didn’t know it was in there, but that’s just kind of weird. I’m no lawyer, but I’m pretty sure It’s also illegal to sell prescription medications in a retail setting. Then again It’s also probably illegal how many stolen shopping carts they have from various Metairie businesses in the front of their store.

They close off half the store on the last day, so the cheap days have a pretty picked over inventory. I went a couple times and didn’t find anything I wanted when I came on the $4 day, due to the inventory being pulled away from customers.

Paid 100$ for electronics twice and both times they did not even work. They don't check before you leave the store. And was told I couldn't look at stuff on one side of store where everything I was interested in was on the shelves there. All in all it's a cool store I've found good things here. It's a liquidation place so lots of items avaliable not all are in working condition however they have tables where you can take a box/item to said table and they will open it and test it. Good finds most of time. Got a whole $300 hydro grow system for $20 cant beat those prices. And it works amazing i did have them test...
