Awful customer service. I will not patronize this place again. I wasted money buying a washing machine from these people. They will not bring the item purchased into your home, they will not set it up. You are given a 30 day warranty should something happen, but they will charge you for the repairs, and the picking up of the unit. They want you, to uninstall the unit and sit it outside so the can pick it up. The service charge to pick it up will be $100, that will go towards the repair, that's under a 30 day warranty. They will not repair on site, so you dont really know if the repair has been made. You can't reach them by phone because they utilize google phone numbers to run their business. When they do call you, back your talking to 2 and 3 different people who will call you back from several different cellphone numbers and all will tell you something totally different. I believe in supporting small minority owned businesses, but I will never support this business again and I warn others to be ware of their...

Please don't buy ANYTHING from this place. They are unorganized and unprofessional. I spoke to Taylor about a refrigerator and even verified by text with a pic. I sent my husband to look at it but he showed my husband the wrong refrigerator, delivered it, but it doesn't get cool. When I called back, within days, another guy answered the phone and stated that I would be called back. I was never called back. When I called back, Taylor said the refrigerator was plugged up at the store and was working. I'm sure it was working but wasn't left on long enough to get cool. He then tried to convince me to get a warranty. He never offered an apology, but acted as though I should 'just deal with it'. Now I have to spend more money. I have purchased numerous used appliances from other places in the past that worked for YEARS. I have yet to hear from the owner of this place. I wouldn't spend another red cent at this place. Run fast....

They are about to be happy about this review because I know my reviews stick to the top. I purchased a washer and dryer about a month ago for a pretty good deal delivered. About 3 weeks later the dryer stopped working. I was expecting some type of hassle but nothing. He literally told me to pick another dryer for the same cost. I didn't, went out back and they showed me it worked and even showed me how they actually showed me how driers work. Now I did have to bring it back myself but that wasn't a problem as most washer or dryers will fit in you average small SUV as long as the seats go down. I wish more businesses back there service...
