We absolutely LOVE our new Lanai and railing! Abe and Mandon were so courteous, cheerful and pleasant. We feel like we have new friends as well as a great addition to our yard. I especially appreciated how they worked to make sure that my wish for strong places to mount swings could be accommodated, and that they informed me carefully where would be the strongest, safest locations and why. They helped us get a good balance of esthetics and the most shade by adjusting the height and angle, as well as the overhang of the roof. They even suggested the best location for a downspout or chain, AND took the time to help us get our electrical wire strung up one column (we had it ready) so it did not need to be on the outside. EVERY step of the way they were excellent. They are among the VERY best contractors we have ever had on our property and we have had MANY, building two homes and remodeling this one in our 35 years of marriage, Thank you very much for a lovely product that will be used and loved beginning immediately on this 96 degree day! They totally bailed on me . I accepted their bid (mid July) for a stair remodel. Not a big job but $4k plus. Bid process real easy and appears very knowledgeable. Said could be six weeks to start. In late August, no word so I followed up. Jake said "sorry: delayed till mid-September. Waited again, no word so followed up again the Thursday before the Monday they were to start. Again, delayed due to materials ???? . I questioned because mine was small and most materials available at Lowes. After another I week asked if I was still on the list for work. On Sept 20th he responded and said to find someone else. Thanks after 2 1/2 months now October. I called local lumber yard. Can get 100% of the materials next day so his claim for lack of manufacturing is VERY questionable.. Likely...
