Bought a new Washer and Dryer (Speed Queen) on a Thursday. Bunch Finnigan included free deliver, free hoses and elec cord, and free haul away of old units. They were delivered and set up on Friday afternoon. Partway through the 1st wash cycle we had a problem with the washer. I called the store and talked to David. He walked me through some re-set steps to see if we could correct the issue and we could not. He decided they would replace the unit right away. His delivery guys had already gone home for the day. I said tomorrow would be fine, but he wanted us to have a new unit right away, so he brought me a new washer himself. He set it up and tested it to make sure it worked correctly. He thought maybe my fancy stainless hoses might have caused an issue, so he gave me a new stainless hose set. Talk about exceptional customer service!!!

We bought the TC5000 Washer and the DC5000 dryer. I have been doing laundry all weekend and absolutely LOVE these machines. Our refrigerator starting leaking so we needed a new one ASAP. We went in at 9:00 right when the opened and the gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He educated us on the best refrigerator based on our needs and even had it delivered by lunch time the same day along with removing our old one. The delivery employees were great also. We bought a set of the famous Speed Queen classic washer/dryer sets. The washer did need a bearing replaced a few months into ownership which was a bummer; however, the service we received from Bunch was amazing. They voluntarily brought us one of their (like new) loaner machines without having to beg for it, hauled our washer away, held onto it until the back-ordered parts arrived (it took many months due to COVID), had it fixed/coordinated the repair, then re-delivered it and took their loaner away.
