The Grocery Outlet is one of my top 5 retail faves of all-time. Why? Where to begin, well, first of all you never know when you walk in the door what they're going to have and the excitement builds from there. Their inventory changes frequently but the beauty of it is it's all brand name the lunch meat that right there is worth my trip any trip to any one of the Grocery Outlets. Their cheese's there's another big score I'm a big cheese eater I love cheese. Let's just talk about their cheesecake, shall we? The same cheesecake we're all willing to pay for at Albertsons or other retailers almost $17 they have every day for like $10. I love and live to eat cheesecake. I'm dead serious folks. Okay now to my first love beauty all things beauty oh my God let's see randomly they could have Crew they could have Bed Head or maybe have Olay Regenerist products the list goes on and on and on top notch stuff you just don't know when you walk in what is going to be. The store itself is always clean well-organized there's always staff around even in the isles willing to help friendly courteous these stores are just awesome. It baffles me that more people don't go to Grocery Outlets because every trip and I do mean every trip I save a minimum of $60 and get this after you go through the checkout take your receipt and it shows you what you saved write your email address and phone number and they have a drawing I believe it's once a month and if you win you get a free shopping spree on either I think it's how much you saved could be how much you spent either way it is a win win win win. So if you haven't been to your local Grocery Outlet, did you seriously need to get there quickly as fast as you can and go there regularly at least twice a month if not four times this is the Grand Pubah of store. Do you have teenagers, children, toddlers or even a house full of company? If any of these scenarios regularly apply to you then Grocery Outlet is your new Holy Grail. oh their alcohol selection is also cery nice however no hard alcohol. Chances are when you go to any one of our local Grocery Outlets, in Pasco on road 68 or the one in Kennewick off of 4th Ave or even the one in Walla Walla you'll see me there just give me a wave and...
Read moreThis used to be my preferred Grocery Outlet to shop since it's nearby other frequent errands, but after yesterday, I've decided to start going out of my way to the Richland location from now on, which is larger and offers a greater selection and is in a better part of town. I've been disappointed to increasingly find products past their pull dates at this GO--sometimes by multiple months. Last time, three things I was interested in purchasing were and so I ended up having to go elsewhere to acquire them. What's done me in though is their ridiculous policy that they won't bag your groceries if you bring reusable bags. Now, I understand this was implemented at the beginning of the pandemic before surface transmission was determined to be of low-level risk, but it continues today (despite no other grocery stores in the area that I know of having ever begun doing that in the first place) and in spite of the fact that they don't enforce mask-wearing in the store; not even their workers wear masks. I could care less about whether we're supposed to wear them or not, the point is, why hypocritically continue this policy if you're not going to follow any other preventative guidance? Oh, but they will bag your groceries if you opt for their provided plastic bags (now illegal in Washington). Sorry, but there is something just wrong about forcing a customer with a baby in a front carrier to bag their own groceries and then start processing the next customer, shoving their groceries up against yours as you scramble to get out of the way. It's poor customer service and poor policy on the management/owner's part. I'll happily take my business to Richland where none of the above-mentioned things have been a problem and I don't have to worry about my personal safety when junkies are regularly roaming the store and having to be escorted out by police and mental...
Read moreI recently moved to Kennewick from the south and came across this small chain. They have some really great deals on their bread, fruits and veggies not to mention their condiments. Picked up a HUGE 28 oz. bottle of Stubbs barbecue sauce for 3 dollars which is the same flavor and price for an 18 oz. bottle from Walmart. Huge bags of the TGI Friday's bacon and cheddar chips for 4 dollars. They also always run specials. The only thing that I don't care for is that the inside of the building is a little bit run down, but that's to be expected for an older strip mall. The store is always clean & nice and the staff is always friendly, never rude or short with their customers. Overall it's a great place to pick up some great deals while being treated like a guest. I plan to shop here more often than the bigger chains like Walmart. Keep up the great job, guys! UPDATE: With the rising prices at the big chain stores, you definitely may want to check...
