Kennewick Burger Ranch — Restaurant in Kennewick

If you want to avoid food poisoning avoid this restaurant. I honestly can't believe they haven't been shut down. A food inspector needs to see this place and shut it down immediately. It has so many health violations. In all honesty I'm surprised someone hasn't gotten severely sick or died from food poisoning, cross contamination, or some type of pathogen. It is exceedingly unsanitary. I can't understand how some people think this restaurant is good. Their patties have the consistency of a sponge that has been left out all night soaking up god knows what. The taste is horrific; or rather not there at all. And anyone who says this place is good should look at the kitchen. They cook the food before you eat it, soak their patties in a "brine" for up to 4 hours but based on taste and consistency I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if it was longer than that. And just so all of you know, they don't clean their grills. They claim that degreaser and cleaner taint the food so instead they use the left over oil to clean the grills. Yummy. And their fries that everyone is so fond of, well I'm sure you won't be fond of them after finding out what they cook them in and how they cook them. So please to avoid serious illness or death, close your doors or I can personally call a health inspector for you. ;) Being lazy and not caring in the food industry will eventually lead to serious illness or death. Knowingly serving food unfit for human consumption should be a crime and management needs to take...

Edit: Well until I check with the health Dept I don't know if this is a health food violation but here is what happened. I went through drive thru and got a couple plain cheeseburgers. Knowing how unreliable they are with correct orders I stopped just after the drive thru and checked and sure enough they had ketchup on the bottom half. I swung around and told they they weren't plain. (Note even the receipt said plain on them) The girl takes them back and then a few minutes later I get what I believe to be a new bag. Pulling forward to check them I see that I have the same bag with the same burgers. They took each burger and scrapped the ketchup off. I can tell as that portion of the burger is still stained red and the top still has some ketchup that was residual. They did try and mask it with a new bottom bun. I have never felt so disgusted by a restaurant before. When I went in and asked to talk to the manager I told her what had happened and her response was well I didn't do it. Wow. Having to fight for a refund on a terrible order just sealed the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I added a couple pictures so you can see the stained meat and the ketchup on the top bun. Is this just gross or is this a health code violation?

Went here today after a long morning of kids football. Thought we were missing one fry and was trying to ask the young lady to help me figure out if I was missing something. Immediately she became upset with my husband and started telling him that's what he ordered and if it was wrong he should have told her before they made the food. The thing was she was getting so upset for us asking a question that made my husband upset and the girl walked away and a young gentleman came very upset with the missing item and started to tell us we are not to talk to them rude or anything because he will trust pass us. I tried to explain to him that we were simply figuring out the order. He was so rude and walked away saying he was going to call the police on us for simply trying to ask for help to see if we were missing som6e. We ordered 5 combos.

We were so upset we decided to leave and didnt finish our food since they were harassing us from the time the food was given to us.
