Placed a order online for delivery through pizzahut website original delivery set to 6:18 pm cool order confirmed, around 6:10pm i get a text that sais order has been routed through dooordash for delivery new delivery time set for 6:30 here's a number to contact your driver for questions. 6:30 rolls around nothing, 6:40 nothing so I call the number provided goes to voicemail so I'm like only what the heck there was also a link provided with the number to call and it opens up a uber with pizzahut web page and it sais my order has been canceled, sad day but what ever I just want to make sure I'm not getting charged since pizza hut site said in delivery and the link web page uber site sais canceled. So I go to the number that is supposedly attached to the store I placed my order with and instead I land at a call center with a very heavy accented man and I tell him my story to which before I can he finish he cuts me off and sais nope your order is in delivery I reply no I'm pretty sure it isn't now 40 minutes passed due and the uber site sais canceled, he immediately becomes irrate with me and is borderline yelling that my order is on its way to which I respond it's not and I want to make sure I'm not being charged he then yells at me to get a pen that he's going to give me a number and I was so mad at that point I just hung up. After a moment of calming down I look again for a number that will connect me with people inside the store my damn food was made at and my order was placed at and nothing only the call center number...so I call it again this time after a wait a lady with a heavy accent, I tell her my story and she doesn't take it personally she was nice and put me on hold, she never came back I waited for 20 minutes on hold before I just hung up and came here to rite this review. Terrible terrible why are you using an outside source for delivery's and why is your customer service disconnected from the point of sale and being ran by people we can't understand and don't care and don't want to do the job. Lol terrible experience and damn, stuffed crust has been my absolute favorite since child hood even with the bullshit price it is now but this has burned pizza hut for me, I'll never be back, it's a Saturday so my bank isn't open I'll be there Monday to make sure I don't get charged and if I am it will...

Quality of Staff: 2/10 Staff was nice enough, but it took twenty five minutes to get my order and there wasn't but maybe one other order in that 25 minutes. I tipped the guy who I thought was preparing my order really well and then he went off shift before my order was finished, and it was just kind of disappointing. I felt like they didn't value the customers and no one was even that friendly. When I first got there I thought that I had maybe sent my order to the wrong store and after he couldn't find my order in the computer and I mentioned that I was not from the area and had no idea where any other stores were in the area he didn't offer to call any others or help me in any way figure out where my order was and it turned out it was something I could easily fix and I figured it out but he could have put in some effort into SOMETHING to help me. Def not gonna be my go-to Pizza Hut in that area. I appreciate even the tiniest effort at acknowledging that I have a pulse and am a human among humans, a skill that I think should be required of people working in customer service. If you don't like working with people, don't. You aren't the only one that is miserable about it. Ease of monetary Transaction: 2/10 Tried to pay cash but there was no till so could only do a card transaction which was fine but like what food service place doesn't have a till up front? Overall: 5/10 at best. Also I don't believe they were wearing uniforms, at least two out of the four weren't.
So, meh. Bittersweet at best. Love their menu and food, but enough...
Read moreMy family loves to order Pizza Hut; however, I have never done the actual ordering myself. I don't mean to sound cheap, but we all know that ordering pizza can get expensive; therefor, you try to get the best deal that you can. I first attempted to order online, but navigating the build your own or use a coupon menu was not friendly. I didn't notice anywhere where it would tell you that you couldn't order a 3-topping pizza and use 2 of those toppings as only pepperoni. There were a few other issues, such as "what is my total at this very moment before I continue to order". So, I call the store instead... I asked the not so friendly associate about any coupons or deals. They had a coupon that was similar (maybe the same)to the one I attempted online so I continued to order... No where in the conversation was any information relayed to me that you couldn't make a 3-topping pizza 2 pepperoni and extra cheese without charging extra. I even questioned this possibility with no denial during the ordering... actually, she didn't even acknowledge me asking the question. I guess my problem is the lack of communication to give the customer choices or expectations... just a big surprise with the bill and product upon arrival. The associate should inform their customers, not the customers probing information or just never know. If you make the third topping extra cheese, you would think the associate would correct that by informing me that that was not a possibility, that I would be charged extra... I am totally disappointed in my experience. To top it off, my bread sticks were hard as a brick. The delivery guy was nice. I tipped him and decided that I am not ordering Pizza...
