CubeSmart Self Storage — Local services in Kenosha

Never a great experience! The older lady that's always in the office is very unprofessional and rude. So, I always match her energy. We had two storage units that were getting cleaned out that I had told her about before hand. She tells me that after all the things are moved out, I would need to come back and sweep the units. After that, she would go back for a walk through to be able to get the security deposit for both units. I went back with my boyfriend to sweep the units and this lady is already there cleaning. She tells him how we left the unit filthy and disgusting that we were not getting our security deposits back.

That was not what we spoke about. We agreed that we would come back to sweep. And that's exactly what we did and she decides to disrespect us!

So, how do you not expect someone to get mad when she was unprofessional and disrespectful. Anyone would have given her the same energy in return! She then proceeded to speak negatively about me to another costumer. How's that ethical and isn't that a violation of my rights?! That was not her place to do that. I am disgusted and angry. Please don't waste your time using this place!

My mom recently passed away and the lady at cubesmart said that I would need to pay before I could see what was in my mother’s units. So, I paid them like 300.00 to find out that she only had one picture for one storage unit. Now, they’re making me jump through more hoops.
