I placed my order inside tacobell at 5:49pm, by Savanna G (whom I found out later was the manager). After placing my order she went in the back, never said anything. After 10 minutes of waiting for my 8 items and not seeing anybody come to the front counter again, I shouted in the back excuse me a few times before a worker asked me how he could help. I told him I have been waiting for over ten minutes almost fifteen minutes for my food and I would like to know what’s going on. He stated that it was being worked on. Another 10 minutes go by and I say excuse me and try to get the attention of a worker. (During this whole time I could hear the drive through lady talking very loudly to other workers, aggressively and also using profanity) Savanna finally hears me shouting excuse me and comes out and hands me a bag and proceeds to tell me that right before I had come in the drive thru was busy. I proceeded to tell her I do understand not being staffed and being busy but I have been waiting for almost over twenty minutes for my eight items and not once had anyone updated me or talked to me. The bag Savanna handed me only had half of my things. I asked her if this was all my food and she stated yes. I then told her that this was not all my food, and that I had gotten a nachos belgrande as well and showed her my receipt. At this time I asked for a manager and that’s when she stated that she is one. Savanna then tossed another bag on to the counter and said here you go. I looked into the bag and it was the nacho belgrade, the lid was not put on all the way and looked like it was literally thrown into the container and spilling out the side. There was also random chips thrown into the bag. I then said excuse me no, the lid isn’t even put on correctly. Savanna came back out grabbed the bag and asked what I wanted to do, if I wanted new food or a refund. I asked for a refund. Savanna then without saying anything walked to the back and made a phone call on her cellphone. I seen her in the back and shouted hello are you going to refund me or not. She then proceeded back to the front, still on her cellphone, and she refunded me 19$ in cash after I paid with my card. She then walked away and did not say anything at all. Also tried to explain thru tacobells website, but wouldn’t let me type it all out. I will never go back to this tacobell, and I highly suggest others...

I don't have very high expectations for taco bell but this location is terrible. Store is always closed for some reason or another at random times of the day. If you're lucky enough for it to be open don't expect a friendly customer service experience. Every single employee (including at least one manager) seems inconvenienced to process your order. A dining room open sign remains clung to the window even though it has been closed for months and would take a single employee seconds to remove.
As a door dash driver this is the worst location in all of kenosha to get assigned orders. They are constantly saying they are not taking orders for various reasons at random times of the day, busy or not. (more than once ivd been told they weren't making a customer's order simply because it was too big). This has been an ongoing issue for months and management doesn't seem to care. The least they can do when they decide it's time to stop making delivery orders is let those delivery companies know. I can't even guess how many orders customers payed for and never received from this location. Nearly every time I've been able to pick up an order from this place something was missing in the bag. I have stopped accepting orders from this location while dashing and make the drive to the 52nd st location when I want...
Read moreNever in my life, have I been treated so terribly by a fast food service. This guy who took my online order did everything WRONG. I tried so hard to keep my cool, and thankfully I did. I just hope management sees this because it was ridiculous. First I pulled up, and I asked hello after a couple minutes of just sitting at the speaker. Wasn’t trying to be rude but I was sitting there for five minutes until finally with an attitude asks what I want. He told me he couldn’t make any of those things which is fine, but I paid ahead so I wanted a refund. He told me to cancel the order and it would be fine, the app didn’t let me cancel so I came around again. I wait there and tell the person at the speaker that it wouldn’t let me. I obviously want my refund. He then replies with, “Oh my god.” Obviously frustrated for having to do his job. Maybe this worker needs a break of wrapping burritos is to challenging. He was of no help, told me to go on the app and that he doesn’t really know cause the app isn’t associated with us, but yet you utilize it for your service. Ridiculous, I live five minutes away and I’ll just drive further the next time i have a tacobell craving. Zero stars if I could, waste your breathe and have a better experience...
