I came here to get 1 copy of a packet I need. I go back to the area where they do copies for you, 3 people working back there and no one greets me or anything. So I found my way over to the self serve copies, make my copy and go to the counter to pay. A man is in front of mem and finishing his purchase an elderly women walks towards the counter. The woman at the cash register completely ignored me and walk away from the area to help her find something. I waited for like 8 minutes while an employee stood with her back turned towards me making copies. Finally another employee comes over and rings me up. I pay with my debit card and the purchase is approved but the girl qho just rang me up is now back by the other girl who was making copies. So i grabbed my own receipt and as Im walking out I see the woman who was at the register in back the one who vompletely walked away from the area aware that I was standing there waiting for help talking to another employee. The customer service was horrible. I've never ever had this type...

There are so many things wrong I don’t even know where to begin. Placed an order and decided to do “curbside pickup.” After waiting for TWENTY minutes (while watching the employee chat up a customer the entire time), I decided to call. I clicked the option for curbside pickup, and listened to hold music for another 5 minutes before hanging up and leaving.

Fast forward to today, and against my better judgment, I went inside to grab my order and let them know I was unhappy with my curbside pickup experience. Apparently the employee doesn’t know basic customer service, because instead of apologizing (customer service 101), he BLAMED me and told me “next time you need to park at the curb - they probably didn’t see you.” If only those were the instructions given on the website, which clearly state to PARK IN A SPOT - not illegally at the curb.

And after all that, the item I needed to buy was damaged. So the 1 star is for completing the refund without error (which surprised me after...

I stopped in to get some office supplies. I was very excited as I looked before I left if they had what I wanted. I was in there for 15 min and couldn't find what I was looking for so I went back up to the front to ask for help. She said that the website store inventory was wrong so I asked if they had a different color in stock I would compromise as I wanted it bad to finish my project. She said yes and gave me the isle. I said I was already over there looking for awhile and couldn't find them can I get help. She said well I can't leave and left it at that so I told her I would take my business somewhere else since no one could help me and I left.
