Decided to buy two mattress from here and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. While I don’t think the prices/savings is that much compare to other stores, the fact that you can spend more time trying out the mattresses without someone hovering/walking around waiting to “help” you is worth it to me. I do all my research online so I don’t have many questions. I just want to test the bed out but if I did have any questions there are a few ways to get help while in the store via online or phone call. When first arriving, we didn’t realize there were no salespeople. It was awesome! I had already been online to price compare different mattresses, so we just wanted to test some of them. We ended up with a split king adjustable bed and are very happy with it.

We bought it on Saturday afternoon and it was delivered on Monday. We had a little glitch with completing the order on the tablet in the showroom, but called the number and were helped very quickly. The delivery team was prompt and very helpful.

While not having an employee trailing me is a BIG positive, I was not impressed with the text assistance and the prices. Signs tell you to text a number for assistance. It took almost 2 hours before I even got a response. Once I had picked a mattress (other shoppers kids 'testing' mattresses), I went on google to compare prices.
