Samantha at the drive thru and cashier was so rude unnecessarily. She couldnât hear me and couldnât understand a simple order. One DLT supreme, 2 DLT no lettuce, and 3 DLT no cheese. She kept taking the cheese off the supreme. Then got frustrated when I said I donât want that and kept saying I was confusing. Idk maybe she needs training and her on customer service skills because even if she had hearing issues or the traffic was too loud it was not the way to talk to any customer. I always stop here on the way back from the Cancer Center in Zion and have never had issues w anyone not hearing my order, I order the same thing every time. I was the only car there when I arrived, ended up being a line of 5 cars, thatâs how long she took. I asked her if I could just come to the window because she clearly couldnât hear me over the speaker and she said âno you canât, letâs get this right now cause youâre confusing and donât make senseâ I donât know how hard my order was to her but even if it was too hard for her to get she didnât need to be so rude. As a Hotel Manager I know everything there is to know about customer service and this lady needs more training. She also was taking orders and taking money as well as giving out the food. She clearly canât multitask. Someone please retrain her or fix her attitude issues. I will find a new fast food place along the route...
   Read moreThe only reason this is getting one star is because your app will only let me get it won't let me give it a zero pulled into Taco Bell's drive-thru sat for almost 10 minutes backed out of the drive-thru went into the store was hollered at to use the kiosk or made my order stood for another 10 minutes went to pay they came out and said oh we don't have eggs they could have put a note up saying hey we're currently out of eggs sorry for the inconvenience type scenario but no they didn't even greet us when we came into the store then when I left the lady sat there and said have a good day and I said this place is a joke and she says yeah you guys need some help I will never never never never never never never never never never ever ever go back to a Taco Bell you guys totally suck while I was standing there waiting for somebody to come take my money the gals and back were talking swearing up a storm talking about getting fired laughing coughing weather preparing food you know customers in the lobby I'm sorry but that's just plain poor service and like I said if I didn't have to give you guys a one star I wouldn't even give you the one star that's how bad this experience was and yes it does say I'll never come back to a Taco Bell I don't say things...
   Read moreAlexander is the rudest mgr and individual in drive thru. I have a toddler and don't know how the dining room is cleaned to hear the rude comments from him. The driver says the order and has to confirm with the ones paying in back as we have no need to go inside due to drive thru time mandatory under a certain time.
Ice coffee had zero sign on it to not be served plus his sarcasm rude comments and whole staff not serving hot food?! This was so unnecessary and we did call it in and customer satisfaction was very poor as we live less than 2 minute's away from restaurant for ice cold food. We didn't go in because they are very argumentive and debating as normally I don't call in to get a answer for a resolution.
