Working with Brian Novak at United Wholesale Supply Inc was a true pleasure. Brian came out to my house with a couple of colleagues, to see what my home looked like before my remodel and to measure and discuss my cabinetry needs for my kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms.

Although there were a few missing components when we opened all of the packaging containing the cabinetry, Brian made sure everything was as it should be in the end and got me everything I asked and paid for with no argument. He even made a few deliveries himself.

Brian was professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I had questions or concerns. He had me come up to his office / warehouse location to look at some examples of what United had to offer, which I would recommend others do as well. He “always” responded back to me when I sent an email or called even when he was ill or on vacation. He explained things when I didn’t understand so I could contemplate what I wanted, and we could go forward from there.

When the remodel was complete, Brian and his colleague, Jade Hemmings, came out with a professional photographer (at my convenience) and took photographs. Jade made sure I was given copies of the photos taken, which was sincerely appreciated.

I would highly recommend United Wholesale Supply Inc and anyone lucky enough to have Brian as their sales associate, would be lucky...

I called over to get some help on figuring out Aristokraft cabinets. Roger took the call and spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me even though I was up front about not being able to order from him (the cabinets are already being purchased by the builder of the spec home we're buying). He patiently listened to my questions and helped me to understand the differences between three lines, from cost to finish and which to put where (wall, base and island cabinets). He looked up the % upcharge that we'd face by going with one door choice over another, and he made some recommendations as to finish and door style based on what we've already got for back splash tile and two different counter tops. We were able to come up with a plan using what he knew about the line and the input from our builder and our interior designer who's helping guide our choices. I didn't have to go into the showroom, yet am confident that we've made the most educated choice we could....

What a pleasure it is to work with Hannah Violet. I've been selling, buying, and installing cabinets for many years and Hannah is now my top "go to" source and first choice for cabinets, counter tops, and appliances. She is always helpful, offering options and alternatives to help with the budget. She also came up with innovative solutions for some tricky design puzzles. When we changed plans in the middle of the process..(which we did, likely more then usual)..she was very patient, determined to get us what we wanted at the best price possible. Then, when we changed the plan once again, and then again, she still made every effort to accommodate us. My sense is, that is her overall goal...make her customers happy. And she has succeeded!
