I just left after visiting this Taco Bell extremely dissapointed with customer service. I was told the manager is Fatimah at this franchise location and I had expressed that the person whom had taken my order did not listen to my request of 4 times over the drive thru mic.
The order was simple: 2 steal grilled cheese burritos - extra steak, extra chipotle sauce, and no fiesta strips.
The screen kept showing steak and I had told her 4 TIMES that I want a STEAK burrito which if the person who was taking my order was actually listening wouldn’t have been an issue so she missed on the extra steak and sour cream part. And I requested for it to be extra grilled.
I got my order and had a feel it would be incorrect so I immediately opened up the burritos in the parking lot before driving off to find my order incorrect and barely even warmed up as suspected. I went inside to speak to them and even opened the burritos as well as threw them away after showing them to 3 workers and requested them to be remade. They asked me to pay again which I had asked why if my order was made incorrect in the first place because the person on the drive thru mic did not choose to hear me correctly resulting in my incorrect order.
I was then ignored by the workers at the registers and I left wasting my money and no respect or proper customer service treatment.
Taco Bell management at this location please do better with your hiring process because this was not cool at all. Any other location I’ve been to has always presented excellent customer service and this rarely ever happens, and when it does it’s...

When asked if I wanted extra beef or sour cream, I declined and specified that I only wanted lettuce and cheese in addition to the beef. However, when I got home, my daughter informed me there was no meat—only lettuce and cheese. I immediately called the store, and the phone was handed to a woman I believe to be a supervisor. She stated that the order screen said “no seasoned beef” and claimed I had been asked if the screen looked correct. While I may not have noticed that detail, I have worked in the food industry myself and know that good customer service includes repeating the order back clearly. Had the employee confirmed by saying “4 soft tacos with no meat, just lettuce and cheese,” I would have corrected them immediately.
Instead of acknowledging the miscommunication, the supervisor placed the blame on me for not “reading the screen.” She said she would remake the tacos only if I brought the incorrect ones back. While I appreciate the offer to correct the order, the way the issue was handled was dismissive and unprofessional. It felt as though the emphasis was on fault-finding rather than resolving the problem.
It’s also worth noting that this is not the first time my order from this location has been incorrect. I am disappointed, as no one should spend nearly $8 for nothing more than tortillas with lettuce and cheese. My story: last week I visited a very bad, not professional, poor excuse for a taco bell in central Oregon. There I experienced a wait and no apology. But I knew taco bell always strives for excellence. Despite the shortcomings of one franchise, I knew I had to order from a good franchise to set right the karma of the universe. I chose this Kent taco bell because they’ve served me well in the past. Immediately upon arriving I knew I’d made the right decision as there was no line and two happy customers leaving the lobby. I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch on the kiosk, and felt like a feast so I pressed + twice. I paid and started my stopwatch. After a short wait, she called my name. My watch read 1:32. Under two minutes! I took the food home, chowed down, and felt happy. Karmic balance restored! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🇺🇸 I’m so glad I didn’t let one bad experience ruin a quality chain for me.
