I have never had any issues here until I was refused service by a woman named Kaylee. I waited at the cashier with my 1 year old son on the right cashier for her to finish the order before me. Once she was finished, she took another woman’s order who came at least minutes after me on the left cashier. After patiently waiting, she put a “On Break” sign on the window front of me. I told her I was waiting after she took the woman’s order who arrived after me. I did not say anything else. She told me she cannot service me because of my attitude then helped another customer after me. I did not have an attitude. I believe she has discrimination against people of color and/or single parents with a baby. I made a complaint to the Safeway manager with hopes it will reach the Starbucks manager here. As long as this woman Kaylee is working here, I would not recommend spending a dollar at this place. Read moreI have legitimately had the worst week ever and I left the Starbucks at the Fred Meyer because i sat at their stand for 5 minutes nobody looked at me. Didn’t say we’ll be with you shortly or anything and I was not going to spend my money with people like that so I left to go to this Starbucks…the woman who helped me was working ALONE…(there were guests in front of me) she greeted me immediately and let me know she’d be with me as soon as she could. Then when it was my turn to order she didn’t rush me through anything made an amazing suggestion for my drink and was SOOO friendly! She’s amazing. Read moreI haven't been so impressed with a customer service interaction like this in a loooong time. It is currently Christmas day and I just grabbed a couple of coffees and was so wowed what what I experienced I had to leave a review. The store was closing at 3 and a pretty long line was still left and the batista ANGIE didn't turn anyone away or cut off the line when it was in her every right to do that on Christmas day. But no I watched as she continued to work efficiently but still deliver quality drinks to everyone while being the only one working taking orders and making the drinks.
