Very clean, very friendly...perhaps even too friendly? As a former retail worker, I get it - and I almost feel guilty saying anything... but my friend & I were bombarded by the staff. I was steamrolled when I was trying to talk to my friend in the fitting room. My friend wanted my opinion (that's why I was there), not the opinion of the girl working / who we just met. Also, I could tell the worker was trying to ask conversation-boosting questions, but they were a tad intrusive & if I hadn't understood what she was doing, I would've been creeped out. Again, I understand - being helpful is always great, and she was so sweet and kind... but this chick needed to chillllllll. As two anxiety-ridden ladies, it was borderline stressful. I ended up in this store after a horrible experience at another retailer in the mall. The women working were so friendly! They helped me find some great deals, answered my silly questions, and also helped me find some earrings to match my sale necklace selections. They were helpful but did not hover or try to talk me into purchasing anything I did not want or need.
