First, I think they're victims of everyone getting lazy, which decreases profit, therefore decreasing money available to pour back into "the fancy factor". Certainly are nicer alleys near Keokuk. They're one of VERY FEW THINGS TO DO IN KEOKUK, so maybe we should get off our butts and go out there a little more often. With shoe rental it's just under $5 a game. That's a pack of smokes (that you shouldn't be smoking anyway, get healthier!) money, cheaper, in fact. I agree it could be nicer, but it's fun for taking out the kids and getting a little exercise.
