Taco Bell — Restaurant in Keokuk

Called at 9:00 am 8/05/2022 about my application was told to hold on a minute waited a few minutes could hear someone talking in the background they picked up the phone and hung up. Tried calling back multiple times no answer when she did I asked for the managers name she told me she refused to give her name and hung up yet again. Called back asking for her name even my husband asked her and yet again she stated she didn’t have to give her name what did we need it for and told her I’m filing a complaint on her for being rude cussing on the phone and also telling me I can’t have a job now. For asking her name and for her to hand up multiple times ended up being three times she hung up twice on me and once on my husband. What happened to customer service. As far as this lady she needs to be removed from her position In all customer service jobs the manager is able to give there name not last name first name and this so called manager refused to do so. Well congratulations this place takes the cake worst customer service I have ever delt with tried to order at the counter after 10 minutes of standing there I was told I couldn't because they were short staffed then made an order at the kiosk and wasn't able to adjust it to what my child likes without a human intervention figured I'd just have them tweek the order when I paid didn't have a credit card with me so had to pay with cash cue another 5 minute wait for the woman behind the counter to tell me that what I ordered couldn't be made because the machine was broken I responded with how do I know if a machine is broken when I can't order at the counter and was rudely told that if I had a problem with how things were to just leave every customer in the place turned around and left so my kids and I left and went down the road to sonic fast and friendly service hot food and no rude people dear taco bell if you don't have enough people to work the counter close the dine in portion of your store and do drive thru only don't force people to use the kiosk and then be horrible to them when they have to interact with you won't go to...

Only reason giving one star was nothing lower. This was a last chance visit to the Keokuk Iowa Taco Bell by my husband and I and we won't be going back here. Each time all the tables were filthy, my husband and I ended up cleaning tables before we sat down. We ordered drinks and every time they were out of several sodas, diet Pepsi, Dr pepper, Pepsi. No signage saying they are out just clear liquids coming out when we try to fill out glasses. I told them there was a problem with their machine and they say, oh no, we're out. No sorry, no info about what else they were out of, nothing. This time they were even out of nacho cheese for the nachos. Who ever is doing their ordering needs schooling on inventory. This last time they had the music so loud with rapper music we couldn't hear each other sitting in chairs side by side. I asked if they could turn the volume down please and they turned it up! The visit before this one an employee was talking very loudly and kept repeating the word flatulence, over and over while people are trying to eat.
