Called at 9:00 am 8/05/2022 about my application was told to hold on a minute waited a few minutes could hear someone talking in the background they picked up the phone and hung up. Tried calling back multiple times no answer when she did I asked for the managers name she told me she refused to give her name and hung up yet again. Called back asking for her name even my husband asked her and yet again she stated she didnāt have to give her name what did we need it for and told her Iām filing a complaint on her for being rude cussing on the phone and also telling me I canāt have a job now. For asking her name and for her to hand up multiple times ended up being three times she hung up twice on me and once on my husband. What happened to customer service. As far as this lady she needs to be removed from her position In all customer service jobs the manager is able to give there name not last name first name and this so called manager refused to do so. Each time all the tables were filthy, my husband and I ended up cleaning tables before we sat down. We ordered drinks and every time they were out of several sodas, diet Pepsi, Dr pepper, Pepsi. No signage saying they are out just clear liquids coming out when we try to fill out glasses. I told them there was a problem with their machine and they say, oh no, we're out. No sorry, no info about what else they were out of, nothing. This time they were even out of nacho cheese for the nachos. Who ever is doing their ordering needs schooling on inventory. This last time they had the music so loud with rapper music we couldn't hear each other sitting in chairs side by side. I asked if they could turn the volume down please and they turned it up! The visit before this one an employee was talking very loudly and kept repeating the word flatulence, over and over while people are trying to eat.
