Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Keokuk

It took a very long time to get our order. When we finally received our food , we proceeded to head home not thinking anything of if though the corn dogs were hard and dark nearly burnt, my chicken sandwiches the bread was extremely hard, the chicken appeared to be old and kind of hard , the mozzarella cheese still were hard like a brick, the waffle Berry blaster was runny and not thick. I called idmediately once we discovered the aweful meal. A manner took down my name Cheston and told me next time we come back they would replace the order. Well I went back , I spoke to a manger on the phone he did Not listen to everything I had to say. So I went inside and was treated like I was lieing about it all , so I put my Mother ( she's a church woman ) so she could tell them what was going to happen. They had 3 managers on and none had a clue to this taking place. It was a very unpleasant experience in Keokuk, Iowa Sonic. It will be a very long time before I go there if ever again. Extremely...

Ordered through the app at 7:30 this morning, 5/04/24. Pulled up and waited patiently for my order to be filled. The manager come up and explained to us what was going on, and that it would be about a 30 minute wait for our food, as the opening staff failed to come to work today. Offered us free drinks, we kindly turned it down, as we don't like handouts for something out of her control. She was very polite, I didn't catch her name, and we were in a rush to get to a soccer game. We came back later at 9, Hannah looked to be the only one there working, and bless her heart! She was very polite, and apologetic for the wait on our food. No complaints at all from this Sonic! Thank you guys for the service provided, and I hope Sonic will follow through and reward you for stepping up...

If you want Sonic in a timely manner, skip this store. Sat in line for 20 minutes before reaching the window. Sat another 10 at window. Why did we use the drive thru? Thsts for asking. ALL the drive in spots were out of order. Fantastic. The whole point of Sonic. One good thing about sitting and waiting that long would probably be good scenery. Not here, nope. You get to stare at a dilapidated and emaciated shell of a Sonic. Broken awnings. Merchandising displays falling down. Its like even the building was trying to get away.
