I’ve been a customer for quite a while. Used to be one of the cheapest around but not anymore. I’m so disappointed about my experience today. One of the staff told me that I got an attitude. It was a busy I could tell but I decided to come in. Nobody told me how long is the waiting time so I assumed they could accommodate in a decent time. Waited for an hour and half and I thought it will be my turn soon because the customers inside when I came in are taking their spot. Apparently there’s a guy and family of 3 came in and waited for about 10-15 mins are getting their hair done before me. So I stood up and ask the staff what’s happening. Because of the noise outside(salon doors are open) and the hair blower is in use. I spoke a little louder so they could hear me better but the staff said I’m having an attitude. I’m just asking for an explanation. I apologized to everyone in the salon for speaking a little louder.Then the staff asked me if I could wait for another hour and half. How could I? Some of my concerns are the following.They don’t have a good system of accommodating customers (by appointment or walk-ins), the barber or hairstylist availability.There’s no good communication towards non-spanish customers. Read moreI came in at 5p on New Years Eve, after went to almost every salon in Kernersville for hours asking to do a walk in, and every one said no. I understood, because it was New Years.. but some of the stylists weren’t even doing anything. They said no because I had to make an appointment. So I went to Gloss, even though they were extremely busy. They said yes, and I had a haircut and a round brush blow out that was gorgeous in under 2 hours. I wish I took photos! I’ve been back since and I’ve had the same professional and very pleasant treatment, great cuts and at great prices every time. I am so glad I went there. They always work hard, and do a great job!
