If I could I would give the Sonic a zero . I came thru an hour before close. I ordered a number one with only cheese sandwich and number one meal all the way the guy asked me if I wanted them both cheese only as I had already explained one all the way and one plain and I said No Sir I want one with plain cheese only and the other one all the way. He asked what would you like to drink with that. I said a coke with light ice said I would also like a cookies and cream milkshake. He proceeds to tell me that there aren't any cookies for the cookies and cream milkshake and they are out of them. I asked what type of coffee they had if they had any frozen ones. The guy goes this isn't Chick-fil-A in a rude snarky manner, So instead I ask for an iced coffee. I get to the window after I paid I got my coke with light ice(not light at all on ice), then he gave me my iced coffee that wasn't even full!!! He told me it wasn't even full and that the reason was because it was the end of the night(cant make more with a hour left? *I've had too before in this industry *)well you still had an hour left so why can't you make more is a logical question, especially not knowing how many more people will come through in that hour. So I just ask for a refund. I didn't want a half full drink that I'm paying full price for that's mainly ice because he lacked enough liquid. So I asked for my refund the guy asked if I would rather have another drink as you know I already have a Coca-Cola with my #1meal and they didn't have the milkshake I want and now you don't have enough coffee to fill the cup up over ice so No, I didn't want another soda.I just wanted my money back so I said cert no I do not want another drink I would just like to have a refund I don't want a non full drink that I'm paying full price for it may I please have my money back. And he proceeds to tell me that I don't need to be rude. No matter what customer service you're in or what position you're in you never call a guest rude that is the worst customer service and it absolutely appalled me coming out of what I assumed was a manager. Read moreMy husband and I just moved to the area yesterday and wanted to get something quick to eat with our kids after a long day of moving. Well, we shouldn’t have chosen Sonic. It took 20 minutes to order, pay, and receive food despite having only two cars in front of us. And this was at 7 PM at night, not the middle of dinner. The employees are either incompetent or not fully trained to work in the service industry because they insisted that I ordered two sweet teas with my order (when I ordered juice for my children) and I needed to take them. After calling a manager over, they finally gave us the juice for the kids, but I was never reimbursed for the extra charge of two sweet teas. The manager didn’t seem to care about overcharging me either. My order was incorrect and food was cold. As we drove away, we saw the sanitation score of 92.5! I would never have ordered had I seen that posted before the drive thru window. We are new to the area and will not be back again. This restaurant needs to be shut down or new management needs to come in and take control of this place again because it is in shambles.

Read moreI was there the other day, and I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes. A guy with a headset comes out of the back, and then starts walking towards his truck. I say to him "hey is your speaker working?" He says yes, and I said I had been waiting for 5 minutes already. Keep in mind I'm the only customer in the drive thru. He then responds "That sucks, im sorry." So I wait another 5 minutes, pull up to the window and sit there for another 5 minutes until the same guy notices me. He looks at me and I say "nobody has still taken my order I want to talk to the manager." So the manager comes, her name starts with a C. She tells me in the most rude way possible that you have to pull up farther on the speaker. My window was literally right beside the speaker. So I inform her I will be in contact with corporate. Which I did. Then she raises her voice at me and says that how is she supposed to know I'm there? This is not the only problem with this location. The employees are all 16 and 17 year olds who hang out with their friends while on the clock and stare at you like you just invaded their territory.
