Nostra Pizza II — Restaurant in Kernersville

UPDATE:::: I spoke to the manager today and he was very apologetic regarding the conversation between the cashier and myself. He was able to answer my questions and made every effort to make the situation right and welcomed me to come eat there. I appreciated his time and apology!!

did not eat there or order food there tonight as I intended to, due to the young, rude, girl who answered the phone at around 7:15pm. Today is Monday April 22 for reference of who worked this evening. She said I couldn’t speak to anyone else because she was the only one there that spoke English. This was after she hung up on me because I called her out, POLITELY, on pretending not to hear me. I was asking a question and she waited until I was done to let me know she couldn’t hear me. When I asked her if she could now hear me she claimed she could but then when I repeated the question she claimed she couldn’t hear me again. I asked for a manager and she heard me because she responded that he wasn’t working tonight. I also expressed that I felt like she could hear me but that maybe she didn’t know how to answer the question. She heard all of that but then I repeated the question and again she conveniently couldn’t hear me. When I called back she claimed she is allowed to hang up on people that aren’t nice to her. I was nothing but patient and nice. I then asked her to put anyone else on the phone and that’s when she stated nobody was late spoke English. I am now 100% sure she heard my question because it was only when I asked the question that she “couldn’t hear me”. She may not be mature enough to have this position. She may not have the patience or customer service skills but either way I will be calling and letting the manager know and based on that experience I will decide if I eat at this...

Highly unacceptable and highly unprofessional. New to the area, first time placing an order with this Pizza shop. Now, their online menu and in-store paper menu allows you to order chicken wings how YOU THE CUSTOMER WANTS THEM!! RIGHT? WRONG!! When i called and placed my order i wanted 25 wings, well done and ALL FLATS, YES, I REALIZE IM PAYING AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR ALL FLATS!! So, the lady who cashes me out say 'oh, I was told to tell you from the owner next time we are not going to accommodate your ALL FLAT WING REQUEST'!! Really??!! Please, be advised. Im an Attorney and you are proposing false advertisement- this will lead you to be sued and you would lose- just advising. I don't give a damn if your other customers don't like how they are receiving their wings from you, however, when im the PAYING CUSTOMER i want what i want and WILL PAY FOR THEM! That's why i work and have an amazing career! So, with all this being stated. You literally lost about $1200-$1400 a month from me!! I order out A LOT!! First and last time ordering from this place. Whats sad is the wings were actually amazing just the way my family and I like them, the pizzas were actually really good as well, the French fries well... they are FF.. Hope your happy, owner!! I Googled Vito’s to try their pizza. I was redirected to Nostra II. No problem. We went in to pick it up and were greeted by VERY nice people. They told us the sign was on order and it would soon be Nostra II. The pizza was fantastic. No burnt spots underneath - yes I checked because that is a peeve. It had lots of pepperoni and cheese. It was a deliciously greasy and foldable. The pizza bone was crisp and chewy which is perfect for me. I was waiting for the name update to do my review but then I forgot about it, so I’m covering it now. We have since ordered the lunch special Steak and Cheese with fries and Philly Steak and Cheese. They had lots of meat and cheese and were appropriately drippy. A few days ago we ordered 10 Hot Wings with blue cheese and celery and 10 Garlic Parmesan Wings with ranch and celery. The wings were nice and saucy. There was only about 4 pcs of celery each and they were a little limp because they were in the box with the wings. They don’t charge for celery but I’d rather pay an extra fee to get about 5-10 slim pieces of celery in a separate wrapper so they stay crisp. But let me tell you, the wings were so good I didn’t even use the ranch! Everything was delicious.
