Cooper’s Vintage Village — Local services in Kernersville

Good place to find stuff and spend time. Staff is great and helpful. Drawback is the bathroom. When we started they had outside Porta potty because they were renovating the indoor bathroom. They had things fixed and now the bathrooms are out of order and no outside potty available. Not a problem for those who live close but driving an hour and a half to get there makes it difficult. We always find items when we visit here. Something just has to go home with us! There is newer ownership and we did notice that pricing on many things was higher than our last visit. Kernersville is growing into Winston Salem. Prices of this location and other vintage stores are showing a more tourist type price instead of affordable for local shoppers. Visited yesterday, which was overcast with high temps maybe in the upper 80’s. I gave this 2 stars for the simple fact when you first walk in the small entrance(air conditioned) to proceed through another door where you are stifled with the heat and humidity. This place is NOT air conditioned and it was cooler outside than inside. They had some fans operating but it provided very little air movement. I couldn’t imagine visiting on a 90+ degree...
