She never knows if it is booked and will tell you she will call you back and never does. I had invites made up already for a baby shower went through a 3 month ordeal of getting her to straighten things out and still she re-booked it on me saying I did not have the money to her on time when all I did was wait around on her to make her mind up when she wanted to call me back. This is not our first rental of the property, but will be the last. We never received our $160 deposit back for the rental and Connie was so rude with her “there is nothing I can do” responses. This was the perfect place for the Baby Shower event I held 1/11/25. The building is very well kept, clean, organized & accommodating. They had plenty of tables/chairs available for set-up & the kitchen & bathrooms were spotless. Rules are pretty strict but no problem to follow.
