We loved walking the Greenway this evening. It's so peaceful next to open fields and wooded areas and it's mostly shaded as well. It is paved so it's perfect for biking, strollers, walking, running, etc. The main parking lot is off Oakhurst but we parked by Lowe's Foods a d walked down the hill to just do one section of it since short on time. It goes by some creeks and abandoned buildings and we loved the beautiful bridges throughout. Passed a few people and dogs but not many. Seems like it's still undiscovered by many. This will eventually be part of the 19 mile Greenway running all the way to Salem Lake. The current portion is only the first phase and is approximately a 3 mile round trip. What a wonderful addition...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis trail is very nice. The walkway is very smooth and the difficulty is very easy. If you're looking for a challenge, you'll want to jog, or run coz this one is very easy. Good for little kids and bikes. There's many beautiful scenes, a beautiful creek, and several bridges. There's also several boulders that are great for pics, or picnics. There are no picnic tables, but some of the big rocks are flat enough that you can sit on for a snack break. We loved it, me and my 3 little kids, and can't wait to...
