Read moreI recently booked my wedding at your venue and the place is honestly beautiful and a great place to have a wedding. The most unpleasant aspect was dealing with the customer experience specialist, Diana Day, in charge of the venue. She did not provide a great welcoming environment and when she was asked questions by my family members she was sarcastic and rude. She also demanded additional cleanup after my servers for the wedding were doing a great job cleaning before the expected time, as if they were like others she has experienced from past events. A lot of my family members were not happy with Diana’s demeanor. I asked her throughout the event if everything was alright and she said yes. I hope this review finds her well. Someone has to escalate this customer experience nuance, especially if you are paying your hard-earned money. Finally, Diana, I recommend you to be much more customer-friendly and vendor-friendly without talking down to NO...

I think it would be hard for someone in a wheelchair to navigate many areas of the garden, but there are some areas that are accessible, just not the whole thing, and I would say, the larger part of it. This would be the perfect spot to spend reading a book peacefully or for the...
