I called at ariund 7:20 pm on May19th and the Oreily’s associate asked me if I could be put on a brief hold. Fastforward 10 whole minutes later, I’m still on hold….and to make it worse….the associate didn’t even have the decency to check back in with me after 5 minutes, after being on hold for 10 minutes and not hearing from anyone I hung up….time is money…..go do business with a merchant that will value your time. This one on Junction Hwy is fairly new so it's not too busy and so, no long waits, and more time to talk to parts guy. One thing I miss is the original O'Reilly's years ago also had a repair shop so there was a real mechanic to ask questions to....
