Well I just came from the post office again and again I am so frustrated. I had the wrong package in one of the lockers they said I jam the key in there and took the wrong one no because I'm supposed to have two packages they only have one and then put the wrong package in the Box I didn't jam a key anywhere I can't help it if they put the wrong key in the wrong box and probably the lady who package I got she has mine probably and I'll never get it. It's always someone else's fault they are so rude ! the girl walking out with me was trying to get her package and she said they are kind of cranky today and I said it's every day. She was also frustrated.They act like it's a chore to wait on me and ignore me. Before I could get another box that was at my residence I had no choice but to rent one. I pay their price so they should at least be respectful. they were so very rude to me in front of people that I was so embarrassed I hate to go back there. They should really be a lot kinder to everyone, not just the select few. Especially we, the older people. Our mail is Very important to us. How is it we’ve been coming here for years and every single time without a doubt we get treated poorly. We had yellow slips in our mailbox and went to the counter to get our packages and they told us someone picked it up already because they don’t have it, we knew nobody came to pick them up because we still had the yellow slips. After a little bit they found them and got mad at us saying there was a key that was in our mailbox but there wasn’t we got yellow slips it was clearly a mistake on their end but they got all mad at us. This isn’t the first time they’ve got pressed about something they screwed up as i previously said we’ve been coming here for years. You get paid to give us our package if u can’t do it without being rude then u shouldn’t be working there. We have the unfortunate luck of living on a private drive with no mail box. So we got a PO box. This is the first post office I have seen where when a package is too big to fit in the box they put a little slip on there and you can only pick it up during Thier business hours. Which happens to be during a normal person work hours. Not even open at least a half day on Saturday. Other post offices would put a key to a larger box in yours when the package wouldn't fit so you can still get your package at you're convenience. Guess this post office only caters to...
