I have not visited this store yet, but I purchased my first Camila Canabal travel bag during their pre-sale on-line event.

My bag arrived on time and with some cute pictures and a postcard. I was very happy with the package. The quality and designed of the bag were good🔥 there was a small blue ink dot on the side of the bag maybe from a pen, I'm hoping to get it out. Besides that, I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend this Italian made high-end brand for someone looking for cool different prints.

If I could give a 0, I would. I take pride in supporting small businesses in my city. Unfortunately the pattern in the decay of customer service in our city just won't stop. Unprofessional, extreme lack of communication on online orders and they do not reimburse full amount of unfulfilled orders. I believe, it is just another case of "providing the proper care of clientele based on what they deemed valuable". One should not bite the hand...

Camila, estamos en este momento conversando con mi hermana en mi casa y mi esposa realizó una orden y la compa fue por PayPal, nunca le llegó el correo de confirmación de esa orden y ningún otro, mi hermana ya te ha comprado y ha recibido sus órdenes sin problemas, voy a mantener el review y lo cambiaré hasta que tengamos mas información y se complete la orden, te agradecemos enormemente si nos puedes contactar, intentaremos hablar la semana que viene, muchas gracias.
