Tutto Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Florida

We don't know how the food tasted because it had a lot of HAIR in it and horrible customer service because they refused to give me a refund (forcing me to order something else):

I had a traumatic experience at this restaurant 4 years ago (July 6th, 2018). I realized I never wrote a review about this restaurant when I was SHOCKED they managed to open another location in Brickell. It's my responsibility to warn people to not waste their money and time here.

My partner and I arrived at the restaurant at 9:36PM and were seated immediately. After about an hour we finally got our food. I remember my partner ordered a lasagna and PULLED STRANDS OF HAIR out of his mouth. I wanted to puke. We didn't want any problems so we ushered the waiter over to kindly ask if we could please get a refund because we can't eat this and we waited an hour. I don't think we were asking for something unreasonable. We just wanted to leave and go home to cook.

He left to ask his manager.

The female manager stated she CAN NOT refund me and forced me to pick another item on the menu that would take another 30-45 minutes.... We reluctantly chose a pizza. As we were on our way home, I realized that we were probably treated unfairly and with prejudice because we were young. So we drove back demanded a refund and to return our uneaten pizza we never wanted. She finally gave us our refund after we told other people in the restaurant how poorly we were treated. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tutto Pizza Pasta, and I must say it was an absolute delight from start to finish! This establishment truly deserves all five stars for its fantastic food and top-notch service.

Let's begin with the pizza The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, while the toppings were generous and bursting with flavor. Tutto Pizza Pasta has truly mastered the art of pizza-making, and I can confidently say that it's one of the best pizzas I have ever tasted.

Now, onto the lasagna—a true masterpiece! The layers of pasta were perfectly cooked, and the meat sauce was rich and savory. . The portion size was generous.

Beyond the delectable dishes, the service at Tutto Pizza Pasta was impeccable. The staff members were incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and made to feel right at home. The servers were prompt and ensured that all my needs were met throughout the meal, The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed meal with friends or family. Luissell and her team were absolutely PERFECT for our rehearsal dinner. We got married at the Ritz in Key Biscayne, after a COVID-canceled Amalfi Coast wedding. We wanted a casual and friendly trattoria feel for our rehearsal dinner, similar to the welcome pizza party we had planned in Ravello. Luissell delivered. She helped set up all of the decorations without hesitation. In fact, when I arrived to deliver them 3 days before our wedding, my maid of honor had just tested positive for covid and couldn’t attend our wedding. Luissell was patient and kind to me. The food, service and ambiance at our rehearsal dinner was exceptional and exceeded every expectation. Luissell and her staff went above and beyond to make my husband and I, our 80+ year old parents and all of our guests feel special. The chef is a culinary genius. The staff is well trained and very good at their craft. The food, pizza, wine and price point is perfectly on point. Portions are huge and delicious.
