When I started pilates on the reformer a couple of years ago, it quickly became my VERY favorite thing to do for exercise...by FAR. I was obsessed and never felt better than when doing these classes! When I would be out of town, I sometimes would try reformer classes at other studios and that's when I knew that there is NOTHING like the classes at "CODE TO LIFE"! No class I have taken ANYWHERE comes CLOSE to the amazing classes I take at Code to Life. I like to feel really worked out/strong when I leave a class, and the classes at Code to Life are UNMATCHED! The teachers are all SO great and skilled. With Covid, there is nothing I missed more than when the studios were closed. I can tell you that the fabulous owner of this studio posts daily showing her incredible cleaning regiment to make sure her clients and teachers stay safe... masks required during classes, time between classes so there is no passing people coming/going from classes, rigorous cleaning by hand of all equipment...FIRST by the outgoing client, then by the teacher, between every class, temp checks, antibacterial gel required before entering, washing the straps nightly in her own washer, antibacterial fogger, air purifiers, etc.... she is amazing and works tirelessly to make this the absolute BEST pilates studio around! And she succeeds... I have tried MANY! If you are looking for the best workout of your life, with the best teachers, most hard-core classes, on top end equipment, with TONS of variety, you MUST try Code...

I recently took two Pilates classes with this company and I can tell you I plan on going A LOT MORE! Francine (the owner) is absolutely amazing, she is beyond knowledgeable; she truly is passionate about Pilates and that type of passion makes you want to keep going. She shows this love through every single one of her clients. She is patient, giving each of her clients specific instructions for each individual need and modifies when needed. She is hilarious, making an intense workout feel actually really enjoyable. She is kind, it doesn't matter your fitness level, your age, your weight, your experience you will always feel like you belong. (This for me, was super important because it can be intimidating trying something new you may not be good at just yet). Francine then introduced me to Petia, another phenomenal instructor. She as well takes her time to show you the correct form and is super patient while you figure out how to do the exercises. She has a very happy demeanor and is very positive and optimistic which for a newbie like me, helped immensely. It was such a joy to take both classes with both instructors. Francine really knows what she is doing, between the positive vibes shared between the staff, the hilarious moments in class, the way she fosters inclusivity, and the strength I have felt with only two classes under my belt; I 1000000000% recommend this studio for absolutely everyone and anyone. The HARDCORE PILATES class is a 100/10 and the perfect amount of hard. I love how intimate the studio is—you feel so grounded with the reformers being close to the floor. The studio was very clean and decorated beautifully. As for the class, Brianna is an amazing and intentional instructor. She made sure to introduce herself, ask me about any injuries she could be mindful of, and provided great instructions. She makes sure to give modifications, correct your form and provide visual instructions with the reformer available. Her energy is beautiful and I love how motivating she was.
