Ceviche Bar by Mixtura — Restaurant in Key Biscayne

Took a friend here after going to the beach in Virginia key. It is a nice vibe and not too many people come here during the weekday. Our server was very attentive and we got our orders rather quickly. For appetizers we ordered scallops (conchitas a la parmesana) and it was small for 2 but as an appetizer, it was enough. So delicious! I forgot to take photos of what we choose but we shared a ceviche platter (ceviche sampler mixtura) that was big enough for 2 individuals. It was 3 dishes of the seafood mix with either lime juice, ricotta and yellow aji pepper juice. So good it makes your mouth water. A couple of months ago we invited another couple to eat at your place. It was a friday and we were finishing dinner around 10:15 and we were the only ones at the place. The waiter came and asked us to get up because he needed the bench cushions. He said you were closing and we needed to wrap it up. We were shocked. We picked up our stuff and got up.
