I'm fairly new to antiquing, so maybe this is normal? I went to a few shops in Keyport today (see my review of Family Treasure). Are we supposed to climb up ladders ourselves to take things off of a shelf to look at? That's what my friend was told to do today. The woman working said she wasn't going to go up the ladder, but he could. The store itself has amazing stuff, and most of the prices seem good to me, but the staff could be a little friendlier (or is it more friendly?)
