This woman is trying to have my license and plates suspended because she failed to keep me informed about my policy! I would give her negative stars if I could, this is the WORST place to get car insurance from. I moved roughly 2.5 hours from home and was unaware my rate would go up which she failed to disclose to me. Then out of nowhere I received A bill for over $1,300 and thought it was sorted and I continued to receive mail about my “past due balance”. Once that got fixed I was under the impression I had The drive safe and save discount because SHE SIGNED ME UP DIRECTLY for it. But that was a lie, I found out I NEVER had this discount after thinking I’ve had it for months. So then out of nowhere my rate with this woman DOUBLED!!!! She didn’t even have the decency to call me and explain why or even notify me at all that my rate was going to DOUBLE. Every time I asked for my life insurance to be cancelled to lower my rate Fiorella REFUSED and told me I “needed it”. Please save yourself the energy and mental space and get your car insurance somewhere else!!!! She’s all kind at first to get you to sign up with her but this is one person I would definitely recommend staying away from. After my insurance went up considerable with another company I decided to shop around. I went online and filled out some questionnaire which I do not recommend if you don't want every insurance company calling you however, glad I did it because within minutes Mark called and Fiorella called following up with me. I started switching with Fiorella however, I needed to call back because I was at work. I called as soon as I got home and a very nice receptionist answered and said Fiorella was busy but she would call right back and literally minutes later Mark called. The process was easy and I had some questions that he answered. Mark made sure that I received the emails regarding my policy before hanging up the phone. I was searching renters insurance for my sister, who lives in a different state than I do.
