Like that there are new washers at the facility. And also like that some of the dryers look new and are hot- but, hate that if you lose money, you'll have to mail something in to get a refund. And also dislike that you can't see your clothes washing through the windows of the new washers-- (I like to be able to see if I have enough suds/detergent in the washer when I do laundry. Overall, the laundromat stays relatively clean and is really convenient to me;...

It is nice and clean typically. The change matching has always worked for me. There are lots of new medium sized washing machines. However, once we went and several of the washers and dryers were LOADED with animal hair. They got all over everything! Another customer said a woman comes and washes animal bedding! Come on. That is disgusting...maybe an attendant needs...

Honestly this place isn't ran by anyone. If u have a problem u just lost your money. Put 5$ worth of quarters in a 6$ machine ( not to mention already purchased the detergent and what not, placed it in the machine) couldn't get the last dollar to take. Exchanged a 20$ bill nothing would take.no associate to speak with. So this is just a scam. Dont...
