Pinos Pizza — Restaurant in Keysville

I would have given a zero if possible. To start young blonde waitress comes to table with menus, stands waiting for drink orders with her arms crossed her body as if we were bothering her. Far be it to ask of diet drink options. Brings drinks & it's a while before she comes back for our order. Only 3 other tables for her to serve. A large deluxe pizza was ordered with anchovies on half. We asked difference between the dinner & house salad to which was replied one is bigger. My husband's salad was ok with him. The pizza arrives rather quickly, lukewarm at tbest with the onions & peppers barely cooked. Described as extra cheese as a topping there wasn't any on top of the sauce only on top of pizza toppings. Mom asked for her slice to be heated up. The pizza had a funny taste to it as if it had been pre made or old dough. We voiced our concerns to which she said well he made it fresh. This waitress needs to realize we chose to come there to dine. It is her responsibility to make sure her customers are served to the best of her ability. We have been here before had an excellent pizza & a great waitress. We always tip, needless to say this is the 1st time I've never tipped. Will not be back. With the economy the way it is now it was a splurge...

I miss Nichole and Mario!!!!! Haven’t ordered from there since my birthday in June when they made my order wrong. I drove home assuming it was right over 15 minutes. Saw the order was wrong , called, and the other waitress that didn’t take my order was willing to make it right. The waitress that took my order called me back berated me and then said I would have to pay for another order since even though they messed up, my daughter had started eating the wrong order so I couldn’t take it back. The manager then said well if you ate half I will charge you half to fix it. Really!?! I tried again tonight called in an order said I wanted the deal in the window, needless to say wrong again and made to feel like it was my fault again. Pizza was good but customer service...

Total waste of time. Ordered my food way in advance because I know they are slow on a Friday. Got there and was told 5 minutes so I payed (this was 20 minutes already which they said it would take for a plain hamburger and fries). So I waited roughly 10 minutes and ask if it was ready. She came back and said 5 more minutes. So I waited again another 10 minutes and was told 5 minutes again. It ended up taking almost 50 minutes for my order. I'll NEVER pay again before I see my food. If it takes longer than told I'll just order from the cruise inn across the street right in front of them. If i could give...
