Always clean, today there was a young man borrowed from Chase City Sub Way was working in Keysville tonight.. Man what a awesome guy super friendly smiled the whole time. Truly a great visit today.. I also want to share there is another gentleman that usually closes there also an amazing guy!! Fast forward now today 07/11/24 at approximately 6ish. We placed an order we hate doing really because a lot of times honestly something is ALWAYS! Wrong but, today we ordered 1 BMT no great shakes on that either, and 1 American club sandwich extra meat. Well get all the way home and no extra meat, toss it around a few minutes so we're going to go back or we do not. Yes we went back greated by a young Spanish girl instantly had an attitude and said sometimes we make mistakes. Well an I'm sorry it would have been perfect. Instead of having an attitude the whole time correctly making the sandwich.
Again fast forward August 23rd. Nobody answers the phone at all been trying to place an order for almost 40 minutes online.. No success trying to call for the last 30 minutes nobody answers. Keysville subway needs to hire new staff ones that don't argue back and make The sandwiches correctly. We go quite often last week my husband had to go back because he ordered extra meat pays for extra meat and didn't get extra meat, But I think that's what they do when you place the order online they do whatever they want because we get the break they don't so they make a s* show of a sandwich. .. somebody really has to get their act together or close that store all together. Very upset not much in our town but that's really ridiculous. And the staff argues back with you probably the worst and customer service.

Read moreMy husband and I ordered a sub and a wrap from the Keysville location Subway today. He went to pick them up and when we unwrapped them, the order was not correct! Instead of making me a veggie wrap, they had made a tuna small sub. My husband took the sandwich and the receipt back down to the store and the two women that were there were very rude to him. They started raising their voice and asking him “what kind of sandwich did you order, sir “and kept saying rude remarks to him And treating him like he was the problem. They took the tuna sandwich from him and threw it back behind them on a shelf and did not even apologize or extend any kind of courtesy to make it right. They were totally unprofessional, they were ignorant, and they were disrespectful.
