Burger King — Restaurant in Keysville

The girl working your drive Thur in Keysville at 2:35pm today is just plain out rude nor does she listen to orders. I bought 2 chicken sandwich combos separate orders pulled to window was given first bag by another young girl and received no fries I very nicely said mam I didn't get my fries the young lady running the register very rudely said she didn't order any I then repeated what I ordered I at the speaker she then still very rudely says to the other lady just give her the fries when receiving my second order same thing no fries when I repeat I don't have my fries then the girl on register still talking rudely and rolling her eyes says again she didn't order any the other young lady then tells me rudely she didn't ring you up for fries by this time I was very upset and demanded my fries. I have been in customer service for over 20 yrs and use to be a manger for a fast food restaurant and the lady on the register would have been fired...

Management is awesome at this BK. I'm sorry I can't remember her name, but she has taken care of my family's orders 3x in like 2 weeks of me being here. Despite some of the mess that went on with incorrect transactions, she was willing to fix things with a smile, always taking the time to get the order right the 1st time, and make sure that the FOH and the drive thru are all taken care of quickly and treated with the best care. I mean, it is not always the customer is right, sometimes we even make mistakes, but she is a good customer focused manager who makes sure her employees are on point, and people notice and respect...

Grease is always old, plus they ALWAYS CLOSE an hour before the online posted hours (see door). Maybe this is an oversight and they need to fix it online. I've still been there 3x, they are shut down, no service. This is both morning when the sandwiches are cold and squished and the regular tots taste so bitter they are inedible. Plus I've been at night. Addicted to cheesy tots and fries. That's aside from dirty grease (bitter aftertaste) long wait times, and nasty bathrooms. .we loved your food, but CS sucks, and it needs more BOH and FOH oversight.
