People flock to this community college for trade school services that appear cheap but once you investigate into what credits will transfer & the credits that you actually need you'll find that they bloat the required state curriculum which I highly encourage you to simply Google for your desired field. Ran like a used car lot. Financial advisor lines are literally out the door, no kidding. Technology department has over 5 year old computers and software. I had to report a professor to the dean after he stole a concept that I created in the classroom and used it in his off site agency & said I hadn't turned in that specific project and the dean was shocked. My grade was corrected after a few emails. Getting call-backs from administration voicemail left is a joke. The coach seems unqualified and inexperienced, with little understanding of how to effectively train or lead a cheer team. Unfortunately, it seems to be a common issue at Kilgore College that the coaches aren’t strong leaders or experienced mentors. Because of this, the program isn’t likely to grow or succeed. Honestly, they should shut the cheer program down until they hire truly skilled, qualified coaches and just let the Rangerettes have the spotlight again. So impressive that 35 years later I still remember their names and I hold them in the highest regard! Back in the day the school of nursing was in the J Malcolm & Katie Mar Crim estate Bldg. I returned for a visit 4 years ago and the gates were open but it appeared unoccupied.
