Greatest restaurant operator in the whole country!!! Great operator (Doyle Thomas)!!! We are so fortunate to have a restaurateur that builds a brand-new state of the art WHATABURGER in Henderson TX!! Really! It seems like 2 or 3 years ago, Doyle came over to Yates Dealership, and said Hollis and Zak hop In, I have something I would like to run past you guys. Zak and I were riding in a brand new GMC Yukon Denali, that Zak traded Doyle for a Lexus LS 470 a couple weeks prior. Doyle said I really appreciate your comments helping us get out of the Lexus... Too much $ and honestly the Yukon Denali we kike so much better! So, Doyle, said I would really like to know your thoughts about making a large outlay of investment and really go all out and give Henderson the best, newest facilities? Being the class act that hzmDoyle is, that's just what he did!!? Doyle never looked back! The Thomas's did just that!!! they sank a small fortune into Henderson, and see what happens to intelligent forward thinking and action visionaries!!!! What I'm trying to say, The awards that Doyle Thomas has undoubtedly garnered and displayed in the prestigious custom displays throughout his beautiful home! Proud of you Doyle! First I want to say they have freshest fast food I've ever eaten. But that can't be enough for me to continue giving my money and support to a restaurant owned by DKT ( Dole and Karen's Company) and not the actual Whataburger corporation. They hire between very inexperienced and experienced individuals. That's not bad for a starter job but it's bad when you give credit to the lazy ones over the hard workers and wonder why you have such a high turnover for employees. you offer your employees very little breaks as well as not enough compensation for them working as hard as they do you got rid of some of my favorite employees that I enjoy talking to when I sent over my orders well the owners of DKT living multimillion-dollar houses that you're not willing to pay your employees barely livable wage including the ones that are in management positions besides the assistant manager and general manager I will miss eating at your establishment but in the end I can no longer support you guys and will only eat at Whataburger that are not owned by DKT.I hope this review actually get seen by a fair amount of people because I wish you the best of luck in understanding why I will no longer be eating at thiswill no longer be eating at this establishmentbest of luck to the management at hope you guys can make the necessary changes so you can become better and more...

Went to this Whataburger around 12 AM. Do You Feel Like We Do by Peter Frampton is halfway through the song, I ordered one Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich. The young lady opens her window and takes my card for payment. Peter Frampton plays his guitar solo, drive thru lady still isn't back. Bennie and the Jets by Elton John starts playing, I'm still waiting for my sandwich. Its been over 7 minutes and the lady is absolutely nowhere to be seen. At this point I'm beginning to wonder if the cook walked out or had a heart attack. I get halfway through Bennie and the Jets and finally this lady rushes me to take the bag and says "We were waiting on chicken strips"

What exactly prevented y'all from telling me 11 minutes ago that there would be a wait for this sandwich? Most joints have a standard cooking time that could've been told to me ahead of time so I would know.
