Update:::::
“I recently visited 254 Kascade roller skating rink and was pleasantly surprised by the improvement in the cleanliness of their skate floor. The staff has done an excellent job in keeping the floor clean and well-maintained. I had fun and would definitely recommend this rink to anyone looking for a fun and safe place to skate. Keep up the good work!”
Dirty floor. Idk how anyone even skates here as there is dirt and goop all over the floor. Poorly maintained.
Response to your comment to not post if not there that night. I will post a review anytime I want to post a review even if not on the exact day that I visit as my life does not revolve around YOUR schedule or convince. As a business you should be more professional and welcome feedback. And the only reason I don’t absolutely roast and blast y’all on social medial outlets on all the ways you were unprofessional is because at the very least you improved your floors since my last visit as I recently came again only cause I believe in second chances and that I should go and give y’all another chance. So Thank you for at least improving the conditions...
Read moreKascade charges $11 per person even for parents/chaperones who are not skating. We learned that the hard way after booking a party at this location. On top of that the owner was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. When providing our feedback to him about our negative experience, he personalized it and disrespected us by calling us privileged. We have thrown many parties at various locations, and this has by far been the worst experience yet. I will never understand how an individual who owns a business feels comfortable being disrespectful and unprofessional to their customers. It is apparent this owner is driven by greed. Save yourself some undue stress and do not book your party at this location. It is not a family friendly oriented location. We will be going to Texas Skateland in the future which charges only $10 per person and non skating parents/chaperones enter free or Wheels Family Skating in Temple which also allows up to 2 non skating parents/chaperones...
Read moreI have to say I thought the rink was very nice. It appears to be family run and the folks are working very hard to improve the experience. Nevertheless it does cost $9 to go in as an observer or I should say you have to pay to go in just to make sure your kids are safe,which is my only issue. I think they may want to relook that, as an observer I am here to buy food drinks and provide money for games. I just felt like a fee in order for me to come in and do so was a bit much. Otherwise it's $10 to skate if you have your own skates $12 if you need to borrow skates. They even have a photo area wide walkways and the rink floor is clutter free. I did notice that for the daytime skate they paid attention to the music they played. I'm still trying to justify parents paying to come in. Well... Can't seem to understand it. I almost forgot it's cost $10 for kids to skate in harker heights and the rink really needs work there but it doesn't cost anything for...
