Was very impressed with the knowledge of there products that they sell was sad that there store was damaged during the freeze but they are still open for business making the best of what they can just order my sons first computer from them so will up date my review as time goes on was told 1 to 2 weeks to get all the parts in and build his unit 4/7/21 Update on computer build I came back in the next day after I had time to sleep on the design that was decided and ask if we could change some things they were very happy to accommodate me and sat with me for 2 hours going over different things that can or can’t work even though they all ready drew up the agreement of what I paid for there was no hesitation on changing any thing so now I have a new design they were very accommodating drew up new plans and started working on it that day I got a ton of extras on top of it witch they didn’t have to do but did any way I I’m very happy with the level of service I received from them I was told if I have any other changes in mind or questions they would be happy to accommodate me so now we will see how the new design comes together I’ll do another update when receive my sons new computer 04/19/2021 Update on computer build Got a phone call from them last week that there was a problem getting the graphics card that it wouldn’t be in tell later next week Iwas a little disappointed but they had no control over it we already had my sons birthday party planed for this weekend so was trying to find away to tell him but then all of a sudden the called me back and told me they were going to have computer ready by Saturday just in time for the party they were upgrading the graphics card for me because they were able to source it in a timely manner I was very very happy got the computer home and have not been able to get my son off it he’s putting it through a 2 day marathon his only complaint is that it runs and operates better than his Xbox one so he’s haven to get used to how a game should be played I will be taken all my upgrade needs here and hopefully get a second computer so that I have one to play on to the guys are the best thank you for makeing my sons birthday such a hit we will...

ALL MY PC GAMING FRIENDS STAY AWAY FROM EXTREME SYSTEMS IN HARKER HEIGHTS!!!! I had called because i needed to find out the issue with my PC, was told they do free diagnostics so I went ahead and brought my PC in. I told the Person helping me that I had recently built my PC with newer parts and the only part that was old but still worked was the Motherboard, processor and Cooler, and was moving everything from my old tower to my new tower and was having issues turning my PC on and that I had to wiggle the power cables at the base of the motherboard to get it to cut on, l've moved my equipment multiple times from a different tower to a new tower so I know it worked before hand and I know I didn't break anything considering it was turning on you just needed to wiggle the cords while it's connected to the motherboard, he proceeds to take out my Entire processor cooler and the Processor itself, which really isn't recommended to make matters worse when he was putting everything back he didn't even clean off the old Thermal paste and didn’t replace it and proceeded to put everything back together, he struggled putting the cooler back in, He didn't even look like he knew how to put it back after taking it out. after putting everything back he told me he needed to take everything apart and test each equipment individually and was going to be $40 an hour. AFTER I was told diagnostic was FREE!

I walked out and went to G2G extreme on fort hood street, between Biglots and the Cafe. they were 100% with me and listened to me, didn’t make me feel like an idiot, and told me their diagnostic was 100% free, I dropped my PC off around 11:30 and by the time I got home around 12pm they called me told me it was the motherboard and gave me a total right then and there to replace my motherboard and they care about your Budget! They stayed within my Budget and kept it Affordable! None the less my PC is better than it has ever been! pretty with all the lights as well! GO TO THESE PEOPLE, They are so nice and Welcoming and they definitely 100% knew what they were doing! I’m definitely making them my go to for any future problems...

I had a problem with a new Steam Deck after I installed a 2TB NVME SSD. I spent over 6 hours trying to get the SteamOS installed, fighting with the system time and again (I must have taken over 60 pics and vids)! Couldn't get the system up and running. Went into G2G and explained the problem (I believed I might have gotten a bad SSD) - they let me know the estimate is free, and they would let me know what the cost was before the repair. I explained I just wanted the system up, and if they needed to replace the SSD, then go ahead and do it. About 2-3 hours later I got a call saying the system was up and running and ready for pickup. I showed up and incredulously asked them what they had to do to get it fixed? If they had said it involved using a jackhammer, I would've believed it. They said "Nothing". They plugged it in, and the "Beast" (my new name for the deck) purred for them, and loaded right up. They even logged into their Steam account and took the deck for a test run. After everything went well, they reset the User and had it ready for me to log into my Steam when I arrived. I asked them, what do I owe you? They replied the same as their answer for what they had to do to fix it - "Nothing". I was disappointed they wouldn't take a token payment for their troubles - Heck, I sweated for over six hours the night before on the Beast! But they refused. Great Techs that electronic devices love? Check. Honest? Check. Friendly? Double Check. I wholehearted recommend this shop for repairs and I will be going back to them when I need a new custom...
