It’s always a pleasure and a great experience when me and my family visit Ross’s Fine Jewelers. They always make us feel at home and engage us personally before offering sales. Even when we go with our four kids, 9, 7, 5, and 2, it’s a great place and very welcoming. It doesn’t take long to realize Jeff and his team care more about their clients than they do making a sale, though it’s still a business, so you should buy something from them :) I have and will continue to recommend Ross’s to anyone and everyone that I can! The first time I went in a few years ago, I had no clue what to get for my wife. I showed Jeff a picture of her, and he picked out a few pieces he recommended. I picked the one I liked the best and thought would best suit my bride. And she absolutely loved it. Amazing store with the kindest people in the business.

My child spent all her allowance at some other store that she could afford and gave the matching earrings to my mom. When the clasp started being unreliable I went to two jewelry stores to ask for help on the sentimental piece I loved.

The first store looked down on it and refused to help. They made me feel like they thought I was being ridiculous and as if I couldn’t afford them (not true).

Ross staff fixed it and never made me feel stupid for valuing it so highly.

Now I’m going back year later today to buy a tennis bracelet for that child’s 16th birthday! 🎉 ❤️💕

Excellent experience yesterday at Ross’s as usual! We just went in to see their beautiful new store and I walked out with one of the most unique necklaces I’ve seen. Jeff and Jennifer were both helpful in getting the right length and answered all of my questions. The necklace came in two diamond weights with one being much more expensive than the other and Jeff was definitely encouraging me to go with the lesser expensive of the two! There was no pressure at all, just honest feedback in a friendly environment.
