Kilmarnock Town Centre Park — Attraction in Kilmarnock

Best park around! Clean, friendly staff around and kids are respectful while playing..no graffiti etc...they have events there year round and also food trucks which is a nice add. Its conveniently located across from a bank and close to food lion if you want to add a picnic lunch to your park experience that day! Picnic tables, and barhrooms( cleanest I've ever seen!) DOGS WELCOME! They have a DOG park separately for your dogs that has a water bowl and bench for the owners to sit while your dog plays. Theres no skateboards or bikes allowed in the track area that goes around the park..good for walking, and a great place for your kids to get wet n cool down in the summer since they also have a watering loop fountain! Fun picture props too! Playground is handicap accessible....

When I first heard that a park was coming. I was like why they already have one in town. Then I pull up here and realize it's not just a park it's an amusement park for kiddos. A place they can run around and be goofy like kids are, be creative, use their imaginations. Plus us adults get to enjoy some time and relaxation. My favorite part are the motion activation sprinkler system.. Don't worry if you have young children who hasn't learned to swim yet or just little tots you can bring them here to cool off and beat the summer heat. There is a walking trail 👣 for the folks that want to get some exercise in.. Last but not least we can't forget about the doggos, they also have a dog...

Beautiful park. Playground is big, wide open space with some slides integrated into the landscape, a big geometric climbing piece, a spinning rope apparatus and a set of 6 swings. Everything looks brand new. Ground cover is plush wood mulch. Swings are a little small, good for smaller kids. Playground area gets a lot of sun, but there's a nice small splash pad adjacent to the playground and some nice shaded benches.

Larger park is nice. Lawns are beautifully maintained. Lots of picnic tables. Dog park and half shell...
