Not only After watching my father do business with them almost the entirety of my childhood, but also growing up knowing the folks at Wolf by name as people in my community, the parents of friends, and “good people” it’s sad to see them treat my father and family so poorly for a few bucks. My father bought a 2011 GMC Acadia from Kevin Spicer at Wolf and before it even left town already had problems. The first being it not starting after putting a full tank of gas in it. We went to the dealership to see if maybe they would have an answer and that man looked my father dead in the eyes and said “maybe don’t fill the tank all the way full from now on”. This was the first of many problems and they’ve been no help and barely even “nice” about it all. This being after selling the car to my parents claiming it was well taken care of and in great condition. The saddest and most pathetic part, is that the men of Wolf are people I grew up knowing and understood them to have integrity and moral standing. It’s unfortunate and pathetic to see what people will do for a few bucks. I’d recommend you go literally...
Read moreMy husband and I were traveling back home to Colorado this evening and picked up a nail in the loaded trailer. We limped the trailer to their shop, pulled up just a touch after 4 ,and asked if they’d be able to throw a quick patch on our tire. Pulling off a tire and throwing a patch on shouldn’t have taken more than 15-20 minutes max, but they insisted they didn’t have time to do it tonight and referred us to a different tire shop. This was with almost two entire hours prior to their closing time. They were pretty dismissive and unconcerned with our situation, and very unwilling to go the extra mile to help us out.
We ended up changing out the tire on our own in the dirt lot across the street from the second tire shop, and are praying the spare will hold until we make it into...
Read moreWe recently experienced a blowout on our camper tire near the beginning of a long-awaited vacation trip to Yellowstone National Park. The situation was incredibly stressful, as we were just starting our journey. Fortunately, we found Roger at Wolf Chevy in Kimball, Nebraska.
Roger was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He quickly understood our predicament and went above and beyond to help us get a new tire for our camper. His prompt and efficient service allowed us to get back on the road with minimal delay.
Roger's assistance turned a potentially trip-ruining event into just a minor hiccup. Thanks to him, we were able to continue our vacation as planned. We are incredibly grateful for his professionalism and kindness. If you ever find yourself in need of assistance in the Kimball area, Roger at Wolf Chevy is the...
